WNC Farm to Table

We have retail and wholesale sales, plus these programs

Healthy Opportunities Pilot

The Healthy Opportunities Pilot (HOP) is a transformative program designed to address the social determinants of health, including food insecurity, connecting eligible individuals with nutritious, locally-sourced food. Through this initiative, WNC From the Ground Up partners with Impact Health to provide customized food boxes that support the well-being of our community members, ensuring access to fresh, local produce while supporting our local farmers. Learn more about how we're bridging the gap between health and food security in Western North Carolina.

MANNA Food Bank

Through a partnership with MANNA Food Bank with funding from the Local Food Purchase Assistance (LFPA+) program, WNC From the Ground Up is expanding access to fresh, locally-sourced food in the six westernmost counties of North Carolina. Food pantries in these communities can now order directly from us, bringing nutritious, local produce to those in need while supporting our region's farmers. We're proud to play a role in strengthening local food systems and ensuring food security for all.

Community Supported Agriculture Boxes

Our CSA subscription program is a pre-planned box that customers order for pick-up once a week. WNC Farm to Table staff order the content of the boxes from your online availability, you bring products to our office downtown, and customers pick-up here.

Getting Started as a Food Hub Producer

Is the Food Hub right for you and your business?

The Food Hub is a market for existing small farms, food businesses, and nurseries. If you are in search of information on how to start your business, we suggest counseling with SCC's Small Business Center, and referencing our Producer Resources page. Contact support@wncfarmtotable.com for more resources related to starting your business.

The flowchart to the right is a breakdown of how we determine if we would be the right fit for each other. Use this flow chart to earn if the Food Hub is a good fit for your farm/business.

Use this document to learn about required certifications or licenses that you may need to sell your products on the Hub.

All Food Hub producers must label their products. View packaging and labeling requirements below.

If this sounds like a good fit, complete the application form below and a Food Hub staff member will contact you with further information.

The Food Hub accepts applications on a rolling basis, but our onboarding season is from October 1st through April 30th. Applications submitted from May 1st through September 30th will be addressed when our onboarding season begins in October, in the order in which they are received.
